By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility: Services are available to individuals 18 years or older.
Consulting Agreements: Specific scopes, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in formal service agreements or contracts.
Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, access to necessary systems (if applicable), and timely communication.
Intellectual Property: All tools, frameworks, templates, and materials developed by JMWise Consulting are the intellectual property of JMWise Consulting unless otherwise stated. By submitting any evaluation or like tool, you agree that the information you provide may be compiled into a summary report and transmitted to JMWise Consulting for review and follow-up. You acknowledge and consent to receive communications about your results and related services.
3. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with all Federal and New York State privacy laws, including The Privacy Act of 1974, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996, New York Privacy Act (NYPA), and Consumer Protection laws.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
We strive to ensure all our clients are satisfied with our services. However:
Refunds: Refunds for services already rendered are not available. Deposits may be refundable if cancellation is made with at least 72 hours’ notice before the scheduled session or project start.
Cancellations: For scheduled consultations or project timelines, cancellations must be made in writing (email) at least 48 hours in advance.
Rescheduling: We allow clients to reschedule without penalty up to 2 hours before appointments and calls. We reserve the right to reschedule based on availability and extenuating circumstances and ensure client will be able to agree to rescheduled date and time.
5. Payment Terms
Accepted Methods: Credit/Debit Cards, ACH transfer, or other methods as provided via our invoicing system (e.g., Stripe, GoHighLevel).
Invoicing: All invoices are due immediately upon receipt.
Late Fees: Invoices unpaid after 15 days may incur a 5% late fee per week of non-payment.
Service Suspension: Continued non-payment may result in service interruption.
6. HIPAA Compliance & Confidentiality
As a consulting agency operating in the Health Information Management space, we adhere to all applicable HIPAA guidelines when working with client data and systems:

Confidentiality: All client data, project details, and internal documents are treated as confidential.
Access Controls: All electronic systems are password-protected, encrypted, and monitored.
7. Disclaimers
Results: While we aim to deliver optimized solutions, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Success is influenced by client implementation and organizational context.
Third-Party Tools: We are not responsible for outages or failures of third-party platforms or integrations used during services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JMWise Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
9. Governing Law
These policies and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
